Portfolio Review: You’ll look through our previous work and select videos you feel best reflect your desired outcome.
Editor Matching: Based on your preferences, we'll assign you to the editor who has experience with your specific style of content.
Client Liaison Introduction: You’ll be assigned a Client Liaison – your main point of contact throughout the process. The liaison will communicate directly with you, ensuring everything goes smoothly.
Step 2: Discussion of Rates & Budget
After reviewing your preferences and matching you with the right editor, your Client Liaison will schedule a meeting to discuss rates and budget. We understand the importance of flexibility and will work with you to find a pricing structure that fits your needs.
What to Expect:
Budget Alignment: We’ll review your project requirements and find a middle ground that works for both sides.
Finance Team Coordination: After we agree on a rate, our finance department will confirm the terms and ensure everything aligns within your budget.
Step 3: Contract Signing & Agreement
Once we’ve agreed on the rate, contracts will be drawn up to formalize our working relationship. The contract will cover the terms, timeline, deliverables, and payment structure.
What to Expect:

Step 4: Uploading Your Footage & Notes
With everything in place, it’s time to get to work! You will be added to a Dropbox folder designated specifically for your project. In this folder, you’ll upload all your raw footage and provide any notes regarding the video.
What to Expect:
Dropbox Setup: You’ll receive an invitation to your project’s folder in Dropbox.
Uploading Footage: Please upload all your footage (preferably in high resolution) into this folder. Each video will have a designated folder for easy organization.
Notes & Instructions: In the same folder, you’ll create a document with specific notes, instructions, or references for your editor (e.g., what to include, your preferred style, or anything else you’d like them to focus on).
Step 5: Video Editing Process
Once your footage and notes are in place, our editor will begin working on the project. The editor will review your raw footage and your notes to start creating a first draft of your video. Throughout the editing process, we’ll prioritize high-quality results that align with your vision.
What to Expect:
Initial Editing: Your editor will get started on the first draft of your video, including basic edits, color grading, sound design, and any other requested elements.
Progress Updates: If needed, you may receive updates or questions from your editor to ensure that the video aligns with your vision.
Step 6: First Cut Delivery & Feedback
Once the first edit is complete, the video will be uploaded back into the Dropbox folder for your review. You’ll then have the opportunity to provide feedback, request revisions, or clarify any adjustments that need to be made.
What to Expect:
Receiving the First Cut: Your video will be ready for review, and you'll receive an alert once it's uploaded to Dropbox.
Feedback Document: You’ll write out any feedback, revisions, or changes you want the editor to make. This is done via a document placed in the same folder so everyone is on the same page.
Step 7: Revisions & Final Edit
Your editor will review your notes and begin making the necessary adjustments. This back-and-forth revision process ensures that the final product matches your vision perfectly.
What to Expect:
Revisions: Your editor will work through the feedback you’ve provided, making changes to improve pacing, transitions, effects, audio, or any other elements.
Ongoing Collaboration: If there are additional revisions needed, you will continue to provide feedback until you’re 100% satisfied with the final edit.
Step 8: Final Approval & Delivery
Once the final version of the video is completed, we will send you the final edit for approval. After receiving your approval, we’ll prepare the video for delivery in your preferred format and resolution.

Final Review: Review the final video to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
Approval: Once you’ve approved the final cut, the video will be delivered to you in the requested file format (e.g., MP4, MOV) and ready for upload to YouTube.
Step 9: Payment & Project Completion
After the project has been successfully completed, our finance department will process the payment based on the agreed-upon terms. Once payment is received, we’ll officially mark the video as “completed” in our system and wrap up the project.

Payment Processed: Our finance team will send an invoice for the agreed-upon rate.
Completion Confirmation: Once payment is processed, we’ll mark the project as completed in our system and send you a confirmation.
